Truly excellent service. I say this even with a slight issue. Even though it was just plain old bad luck and not the fault of Lions they managed the situation in a manner that was way beyond my expectations. The offers I received, which were significant, to "compensate" me for their bad luck were so unnecessary I had to decline out of principal.(That never normally happens!!) My order arrived much quicker than expected, were exactly, if not better than expected and were very well packaged. I will be using Lions again and can't wait to do so, what an excellent business.

Lion's Whisky is terrific - great selection, and great customer service. I ordered my husband a bottle of the Laga 21 he had been coveting as I was unable to find it in the US. When the bottle was held up at JFK (by the FDA of all things, although I think in the end it was DHL that was causing the problem) Diego was so, so helpful and supportive. Hubby still hasn't tried the whisky yet (so far he has been too happy to just own the bottle), but I would definitely use LW again if there was something I couldn't get here (but I'd probably avoid JFK and/or DHL at all costs), and I am looking forward to visiting LW in person the next time we are in the area.
