Aberfeldy
Aberfeldy is a highland distillery located in central Perthshire. A longstanding component of Dewars it is now home to the Dewars Experience. Medium-bodied with a rich cereal character that frequently shows notes of biscuits, citrus and nuttiness. There aren't too many official examples of Aberfeldy out there - although in recent years the owners have been bottling some excellent single casks. Most of the best Aberfeldys are usually to be found in some quite obscure older bottlings by Gordon & MacPhail and Cadenheads, along with quite a few other unusual independent examples.
